You don't need to buy 10 different dumbbells, because there is enough variation possible with only one dumbbell. The Selector dumbbell has a comfortable rubber padding on the handles in order to have a good grip. This enables you to firmly hold the Tunturi dumbbell and have a good grip during your workout. The weights can be adjusted by pushing the red button next to the plates. By pushing this red button, you can select the weight on the side of the dumbbell. These adjustments make it possible to set 10 different weights.
